Mr. Rakesh Dhawan served the corporate sector at senior positions for over four decades. A Fellow Member of both ICMA (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India) and ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), he has served on the boards of multiple private and public limited companies across India, managing Finance, Investments, Human Resources, Secretariat, and Tax Planning at the highest levels.
His board memberships spanned companies across diverse industries, giving him a rare, panoramic view of how businesses create and protect value. He has managed the real estate portfolios of many high-net-worth individuals across Delhi and NCR, guiding investments in residential, commercial, and agricultural properties with a discipline rooted in financial rigour and long-term thinking.
